Next phase

I begin the next phase of my build up for TI. I will be working on gaining some endurance and increasing the time on the bike.

Basic weekly schedule.
Sun - Run/snowshoe + ski
Mon - Run
Tues - Trainer + Weights
Wed - Long Run
Thu - Rollers + Weights
Fri - REST
Sat - Ski (maybe add a run later in the month)
