I know that my cancer worries are nothing in comparison to many others out there. Those people will be in my thoughts as my journey toward ridding myself of this disease starts this afternoon. Mohs surgery is 99% effective in the removal of Basal cell carcinoma. My cancer is located on the eyelid which adds some minor issues as plastic surgery will follow on Thursday.
Remember to wear sunscreen, a hat, and visit your dermatologist.
